I can only boot in safe mode, if i try to boot reguarly it gets the blue screen right after i enter my password to log on

You most probably installed some software or driver before this problem started to occur. So while youre in safe mode try uninstalling recently installed programs. Other way around is to use system restore when your computer boots up in safe mode and gives you the options screen to do a restore. Restore it to a date before your problem started.

Sir my windows xp sp2 is not booting and shows stop 0x0000000e meassage with blue screen

You will need to boot it with the XP CD and perform a repair install if you have important data you need to recover. If boot with CD format it abd do a full reinstall. If you have any problems while doing this i would check the memory in the computer maybe by just checking 1 stick of ram at a time. Cheers from Scott and plz vote

Blue screen error

The most frustrating blue screen computer errors are basically caused by some physical faults such as faulty memory, power supplies, overheating of PC components, or hardware running beyond its limits, device driver conflicts etc.
If you see the blue screen and halts occur in boot process, and also notice some specific error message appear on your screen, this indicates a serious issues most probably due to inappropriate device driver or firmware .Blue screen is really an annoying issue and creates a lot of trouble to the end user.
Follow these steps to fix a Blue Screen in Safe Mode
Once booting start, select "Safe Mode" from the boot menu.
Scan your hard drive by running your antivirus software . If the program locates an infection, move it to your vault or follow the on-screen instructions. After program completion, if a virus was removed, attempt to reboot your computer and see if this clears up the problem. If not, restart your computer in safe mode.
Restore your computer to a previous point. Click on the "Start" button. Select "All Programs", "Accessories", "System Tools" and finally "System Restore". Choose a restore point on or before the last day your computer worked without error. Finally Reboot your computer to see if it loads correctly.

Computer: dell dimensio c521 problem: when i turn computer it goes to a black screen stating: "diskette drive 0 seek failure" and below it says: "Press F1 to continue, F2 to enter SETUP. i pressed...

Please follow the below stesp:

Enter the setup, and there will be a setting in there somewhere called "Halt On" and if you set that to "No Errors" the computer should boot fine.
This works with Dell computers.
Diskette drive 0 seek failure — See "Drive Problems" in your Owner's Manual.

Only get a blank blue screen when I turn on PC. All seems dead!

Try booting into Safe Mode. You can do this by rebooting your computer. As soon as it turns on, you should see some kind of splash screen or logo like "Acer" or "Dell". When you see this, start tapping the F8 key about twice each second. Hopefully, you'll get the Boot menu for Windows. Select "Safe mode" from the list and see if it boots properly. If it does, then you have a software issue like a virus, bad drivers, or faulty software installed. If it won't boot into Safe Mode, you may have a compromised operating system or failing hard drive. Give that a try and see what happens.

Windows XP won't boot and safe mode doesn't work

Well hate to give you the bad news but it sounds like your hard drive as died. The error code you mentioned (0X000000ED) designates file system damage. (Referenced here http://support.microsoft.com/kb/297185). Your best solution would be to replace the hard drive in a repair shop.
