I take it you have installed a new toner???? Do oyu know the last time the drum & developer unit was replaced?? It is sold as a unit with the developer in the unit. It is a customer part to replace. If these parts were replaced resently, the problem could be in the toner holding unit that you put the toner bottle into... There has been some up dates to that unit > they improved the fin's that moves the toner into the developer unit... Good Luck
