TV Ears -Light is green on base.Rest of lights are not on..Cannot hear sound emanating from earphones

When you have your head phone on your ears, there should be no Green light, unless you have another headset on the transmitter base in Front Slot.

Having Green or Orange light on the larger LED on the left side has nothing to do with the audio, that light is only for Charging indicator.

You should have ALL FIVE RED LED light on, if any one is out, you have a failed LED and would need to replace ALL small LED ( five of them on the right side) with LEDs from Radio Shack SKU# 276-143 High-Output Infrared LED or buy it from

Works fine now.

I have a jabra bt125. The arm is broken. where can i get a replacement?

Might want to check with Jabra, they can probably send you one for cheap. My advice: don't ever purchase Jabra again, they are cheaply made and unreliable. I use plantronics only.
