Could be many reasons for that to happen. If you are qualified in electronics, grab a digital meter and start checking continuity on your power cable, if ok then on fuses on the PSU, take readings from the bridge rectifier, and any other transistors, knowing of course how they work, you can tell which is defective. And of courses filter capacitors, they don't need to be bulgy to be bad, they can actually dry out and look fine, but in fact they are dead. The meter can read their values and if they are bad replace them.
