It is not unrepairable by an authorised Quinny engineer if it is the footrest that has been broken. We can replace the sub seat (seat frame) of the pushchair at charge and the airline can be billed for this. Do you normally reside in the UK? While we cannot assist while you are overseas if you are a UK resident please e-mail to email@example.com with full details and photographs and we can assist.
There is only one set of adaptors for the Quinny Buzz which are used to attach the Maxi Cosi Pebble or Maxi Cosi CabrioFix carseat and the Quinny Dreami prambody in place. Put them in either side of the chassis according to the Left and Right indicators inside the adaptors and on the chassis. If the product is under 2 years old you need to return to your retailer with proof of purchase for a replacement sub seat to be ordered to resolve the issue with the footrest not staying in position.
