My footrest will only go in the down position, the buttons at the side to alter it seem to have no resistance any more? Any ideas how to fix it?

Baby jogger broken footrest

Re: Baby Jogger Broken Footrest
I just had this problem on my Baby Jogger City Versa. I had to get creative as both buttons were missing. On each side there will be two open slots. You can use a flat screwdriver on the side without a button and insert the screwdriver into a slot and push til you feel it go in, while pushing the button on the other side. You will probably need someone to adjust the footrest while you hold both sides in. It's a pain but it will allow you to get it in the position you want. I'm looking into whether I can get replacement buttons but haven't found anything yet :( Hope this helps!

How do i get a replacement bolt to fix on the foot rest?

Hi Helen

On the underside of the U bar on the chassis you will find a manufacturing label which will show the date of manufacture. We would need to confirm the year model Quinny Buzz that you have to be able to ensure the correct bolts are supplied.

If you're in the UK please contact the customer care team on 01284 413 141 Mon-Thur 8.30-6.30 / Fri 8.30-4.30 (Excluding Bank Holidays) or e-mail to uk-customercare@dorel.eu

If you're not in the UK please visit www.quinny.com and select the country you're in, then choose the "Contact Us" tab for your enquiry to be sent through to the relevant customer care team.

My Quinny Buzz has just been broken by the airline I flew with.., the foot stand as been completley snapped. The airline will only compensate for it if I can get proof from a repair shop that it is...

Good Afternoon

It is not unrepairable by an authorised Quinny engineer if it is the footrest that has been broken. We can replace the sub seat (seat frame) of the pushchair at charge and the airline can be billed for this. Do you normally reside in the UK? While we cannot assist while you are overseas if you are a UK resident please e-mail to uk-customercare@dorel.eu with full details and photographs and we can assist.

HI,PLEASE LET ME NOW WHAT CAN I DO? I'VE GOT

There is only one set of adaptors for the Quinny Buzz which are used to attach the Maxi Cosi Pebble or Maxi Cosi CabrioFix carseat and the Quinny Dreami prambody in place. Put them in either side of the chassis according to the Left and Right indicators inside the adaptors and on the chassis. If the product is under 2 years old you need to return to your retailer with proof of purchase for a replacement sub seat to be ordered to resolve the issue with the footrest not staying in position.

Seat doesn't lock into place

Hi, sounds like your "seat adjusters" are failing. These are the two round buttons on the sides of the seat unit/bassinette. There is a plastic pin mechanisim inside the round buttons that either wears down with use or can snap off. Either way the seat unit wont lock into replace until the seat adjusters are removed and replace with new one's.

Contact Bugaboo for local repairers or if your are in Australia there is a service agent called Karlisles, their details are at www.karlisles.com.au.

Hope that helps.
