SOURCE: foxconn board
the problem is software, there is nothing wrong with the processor as the machine boots showing that the processor works, have a look at your memory and clean it.
This problem occurs because there is a limited amount of kernel space available for kernel drivers so there is not enough stack space for processing the exception. its an operating system problem, try and boot into safe mode and perform a system restore by pressing F8 on boot up

No, this board is not compatible with the Q8300 chips. You can view a list of compatible ships at: http://www.foxconnsupport.com/cpusupportlist.aspx?type=mb&socket=Socket%20775&model=45CMX&cputype=Intel

sounds like your new processor is faulty or dose not support your board if your old CPU works fine then take your new one back after checking its compatible also with some boards you need to update your bios to get full use of it i have had similar problems that an update solved first if not get your new CPU replaced hope this has been of help
