Hi. Could be pressure switch or vaccum valve. To check If the vaccum valve is faulty, try leaving the steam taps open while it is heating up. If it heats up normaly like it supose to than you vaccum valve is stuck. Shouldn't take too long. If it doesn't heat up fast but still heats then that could be element. If it doesn't heat then your pressure switch is faulty. Dazza

sounds like your water pump interior seal has blown, possibly broiler leak, job like that, requires in most cases service man, that deals in espresso machine repair. They would have parts, and knowledge to tackle this. Leave this one to the pro, as could cause more damage if attempting yourself, unless have lots of experience. Machine also had complicated computer, and that is expensive, if you do not unhook proper wires prior to fixing. Check in your area for mobile espresso, repair, or restaurant supply that has in house repair, and sometimes, they will have a loaner, for you to use as they fix yours.Hope this helps, mike

Hi, error 67 is a lack of water flow through the water sensor during a dispense. proberly due to a blocked piston or dispense nozzle (small hole on the right under the coffee head cover)
