AWB of a canon powershot 750

When I first started taking pictures the AWB on the display menu said it was 1.53MB 3072x2304 and my sister used my camera and now when I take a picture its resolution is not as clear and the display menu shows 85.5 KB 640x480 and I would like to change it back to the first way. Do you know how to do that. I tried to figure it out and can't. Thanks!

The setting for changing the resolution are in the setup menu.

Here are the manuals that explain

With cannon cameras there is a spot in the menu. When you go into the menu you will need to find the area that says quality. All that happened was that your sister changed the quality level so that she could take more pictures. If you have it set to the highest quality it takes more memory from your card to store it. I shoot with a Canon Rebel XS EOS and I keep the quality and the second best. That way my 2GB card will hold about 400 pictures before being full. You don't want to have your camera set to the highest quality because if you do you won't get that many pictures out of it. Let me know if you have any other questions. Good luck.

You will need to go into the configuration menu and reset the picture resolution. You may have inadvertently set it, or may have reset it in order to increase the number of pictures the camera can store.

In the menu... there are usually three settings for picture quality... good better and best... i suspect you need to change it to best

My canon powershot sx110 is is only taking black pictures. any suggestions on how to fix this?

Have you downloaded pictures to your computer to see if the pictures are ok, and it's just the display? If not, worth testing. If pix are ok, then it's just the display that's bad. If the pix are bad, get new camera.

Cannon SD 750 - when i try to take a picture a black screen appe

Think that you accidentally pressed the DISP or DISPLAY button on the back of your camera. This manually turns the LCD display on and off to save batteries. You would then use the optical viewfinder in its place. To turn the screen back on, just press the DISP button one more time.
