SOURCE: my iphone hanged up!
1. Turn on your iPhone (in my case it would only get as far as displaying the Apple logo
2. Hold the power and home buttons down (the iPhone will power off after 10 seconds, but keep holding those buttons down)
3. After the iPhone powers off, release the power button (but keep holding the home button down)
4. After a couple more seconds, you should hear that magical “ding dong” that means the iPhone is coming back alive, and that Windows has detected it. You may even see a little “New hardware” popup in Windows. It is now safe to release the home button, and your iPhone is in DFU mode.
5. Now iTunes will see it as a DFU’ed iPod and should ask you to automatically restore its firmware.
6. iTunes has to download the new firmware, and it takes a while, so go make a sandwich.
7.jailbreak your iphone and unlock.

I actually have both products, and I was able to get my bluetooth to work with 2 phones. All you have to do is first pair your phone with the H721. Then in the phones functions, turn off the bluetooth so it is no longer in discovery or connected...but do not turn off the bluetooth itself, just in the phones settings. Then go to the bluetooth settings in the iphone. you should see the H721 in discovery but not connected. Before connecting it you must put the H721 into discovery mode as well. Hold all three buttons down for 19 sec. it will go solid blue. then push connect on your iphone. onces connected, go to the original phone and turn the setting back on for bluetooth connection. both are now connected. Only one may apear to be connected, but both are. test it with another phone. call each number and you will see that you can now answer both calls with one device. If the iphone is connected and phone 1 rings...the H721 disconnects temporarily from the iphone and connects to the other device to answer it. Hope this helps. Cause thats how I got mine to work.

On your Blackberry, navigate to Options,Bluetooth,Hit the cursor, Select Options, Set Discoverable to Yes, and save.
Make sure your Plantronic is in pairing mode.
On the Blackberry, hit the return key, add device, Search, Pllantronic will be listed on the blackberry as found. Select it, and add the password which by default is 0000.

First you have to turn on the BT(bluetooth) on your iphone and make it visibility (discoverable). After that just push the power button long in your plantronics headset. Maybe it is starting flashing but this is good. This is the method how to pair. If your headset have only one button then press that long. when i say long it's means 3-5s around. Good luck. If it isn't works let me know what headset modell do you have.

It depends where you bought the iPhone from. If you purchased outright from your carrier or a reseller, then you would have to find out what their return policies are. If you purchased it from the Apple Online Store, then you would have to contact the Online Store Support Team to get it rectified as soon as possible.
