A PUK code is a "Pin unlock code" it is used in mobile phones. This code unlocks the SIM card to allow access to your mobile phone. If you enter this code incorrectly several times, then the SIM card will be locked permanently and you will need to purchase another SIM card from your mobile phone provider. you have to get the puk code from your service provider, just call customer care and tell them that you need it and they will give it to you, if you enter in the wrong code 10 times then it will permanently lock your phone, if the puks they give you dont work then you will have to get a new sim
Hi,your sim card is locked and the only code that can unlock your sim card is the puk(personal unlocking key) code which is generated by your service provider for your sim card alone.
Your PUK code can only be obtained from your service provider,so this is the solution,
Contact your service provider customer care and request for your PUK code with proof of ownership of your sim card.
The PUK code will be giving to you for free.
You can also obtain your PUK code from your sim card certificate that comes with your sim pack when purchased,that is if you still have it with you,
call ur mobile service customer care number and ask ur puk code from
them...they will ask ur last 4digit sim card number...give tat number
to them...they will give puk code ...use tat code and continue ur
