The voice coil is fried; unless you paid hundreds of dollars for it, it doesn't justify any repair.

My sub wont come on. but all the outher speakers work fine . cant figure it out?

I assume this is connected to a AV Receiver? There is generally a low level sub out, with an RCA jack. That should go to your sub input. The old subs had the speaker outputs on the back of the receiver connected to the sub input, and all the other speakers were connected to the sub, but that system hasn't been used in decades.

Kicker scrathy noise and doesnt move(stuck)

You may have put to kuch power to the sub or wiring is wrong. There could just b e a lot of debris in the box that is causing a short in the coils like wire fragments from cutting wire s ect

System just got hooked a couple months ago and was listing to it loud and the sub quit working no blown fuses and amp light on but no sub it did it once before and had to turn off car to get sub back on

You probably blew out the sub, the larger speakers are more at risk to distortion are high output levels. The amp can no longer maintain its true output and begins passing voltage to the sub and the cone over travels or the winding burns out. You can try gently pushing on the sub membrane to see if it moves in and out easily, it may be stuck and you can free it up. If that doesn't work, remove from system and check the coil with an ohm meter resistance. it should read a low ohm value. If high value, it's blown and you need a replacement. It is also possible you blew the network that sends the lows to the sub and the high to the mid range and tweeters, check the sub first.

Yes you replace both voice coils. Get parts from another speaker but has to be equle in quality.

How to install klipsch sub woofer to yamaha reciever rx-v559. everything working properly but sub wont be adjusted with volume. i got my stuff moved out here but had a mate help me set up. didnt pull it...

Does the sub work at all? How is it hooked up? The sub needs to be fed by an RCA cable from the Subwoofer Output jack for the receiver to control its output.

Sub wont work, all connectionsgood, cable good

If your front speakers are defined as small, the sub is locked to ON.

My $.02 regarding speaker size selection in this context. Generally speaking, if a speaker can adequately handle real bass, regardless of its apparent woofer size (like many Bose systems), I define it as Large and I also define the Sub as Plus so Low Frequencies will still be sent to the channel(s) they belong to along with the sub for those real deep tones.
