internnal error often is from computer program

Message appears- internal error wer off/on FM_List. c 311 RO

simply unplug the power and turn it on again

write the hole message which is displayed on the screen.

Solution from samsung site i hope it will work for you

1. Press MENU # 1 9 3 4 in sequence rapidly. The LCD panel should now display TECH.
2. Press MENU, and then press ENTER. The LCD panel will display Tech Mode.
3. Press the left arrow (4. Press ENTER. The operator panel will display [YES].
5. Press ENTER. The toner warning message should be gone.
6. To exit TECH MODE, press MENU # 1 9 3 4 in rapid succession, as if you were dialing a phone number. The operator panel should no longer display TECH.

Disassemble fuser and inspect thermistor, thermostat and heat lamp. Replace broken part.

this is technical problem i advise you to show it service center people.

There is a scanner lock "lever" on the machine. It is located in the dark grey area where the paper comes out. Look for a light green lever and pull it towards you (not down, just forward).

Then turn off your machine and pull out the power for 30 seconds. When you reconnect and power up the printer, hopefully the error will be gone.
