Question about Audio Players & Recorders

1 Answer

YOU MUST SEE THIS!!!! Well,a week ago, I bought 8GB (touchscreen) Rockchip Mp4 Player and after 3 days, the screen got out of order... I haven't even listen to music...BAD LUCK...The problem is that the buttons on the screen, aren't working. The only button which I can press is the one showing 'RADIO',but when I press this,it goes to 'GAMES'.The reason of this is that once I pressed the button showing 'CALIBRATE'. Now I am begging you(the one who is reading this text and have more knowledge) to help me solve this problem.I'm thinking of upgrating it, (is it right???) but I need a driver for my PC.I have Vista but I can also work on XP...THANK YOU...GOD BLESS THE ONE WHO ANSWERS THIS...

If you have not yet added any music to it you shouldnt have any problem resetting it to its original state....plug it in to w/e comp you have that recognizes it....if it came with software use that...what your going to do is to COMPLETELY RESET your player..it should have this capability built in.....if not search online...im looking but have not yet found one....after its reset you should be able to calibrate it correctly w/o problem!

My rockchip mini projector play wmv format not any other format

A little weird, I think you should contact the rockchip mini projector after service. if they can not solve this problem, you can convert video to wmv format every time.

My touchscreen doesnt work on my Ikasu 8gb media player for some reason anyone know how I can fix this?

If the touch screen does not work, it may be because it is out of calibration.
You can go into settings and navigate using the buttons to recalibrate the touchscreen.
Slide the on/off slider briefly. It should give you a menu.
Use the - button to scroll down to calibrate.
Push the M button
This gives the calibration screen.
Press the small square that appears in each corner, and finally in the center.
This should give you the touch screen, hopefully working.

There is a manual and other information here.

I bought a Touchscreen MP4 Player + Video Camera 8GB from Hong Kong and i cannot figure out how to upload music onto it. It doesn't use iTunes, it uses Windows Media Player. Can you help me get music onto...

Most of the Hong Kong MP3/4/5 and even 6 players merely require plugging them into the computer via a supplied USB cable. You would then merely click on "My Computer" and the player should show up as a hard drive. If you double click on this drive, you may see a folder labeled "MUSIC". If so, just drag and drop your MP3 music files into this folder. Similarly do the same goes for VIDEOS and PICTURES. The exception being that MP4 players usually require videos to be converted to RM or RMVB format (MP5 players usually play most formats without conversion).
