Normal 0 Press the Receiver button (and the lights will start flashing.
Then if the Keyboard isn't working, press the small RESET/CONNECT button on the back of the board to connect the keyboard to the receiver.

If the MOUSE isn’t working, push the small RESET/CONNECT button on the back of the mouse to connect to the receiver. Then they should work okay.
Hope this helps. Bud

Im found a Logitech TrackMause model T-R18 cordless with the USB adapter. I connect it in my okd laptop with Windows XP and work only one time. Now no work with my new laptop with windows 7 64 bit

All you need to check is the battery on the remote unit. Now open programs and uninstall the mouse from the list. Now reconnect after shut down and see if the mouse is detected and installed. if not check the mouse on a different PC to confirm if your PC is not corrupt.

Have a logitech wireless mouse and keyboard from a friend. Need step by step instuctions for installation. can you help?

You need the wireless receiver to go with the mouse & keyboard. Plug the receiver into a USB port and windows XP (or Vista or Win7) should automatically install the drivers for it.If this does not happen then there may be specific drivers on the logitech web site.
Once the drivers are installed, the mouse and keyboard should work (assuming batteries have been installed in them!)

Bought a logitech wireless mouse..cannot get it to work...need drivers ..I have 32-bit vista....serial no of mouse is M-RBS136

If you go to logitech.com/support and type in the type of mouse you have they will give you downloads so you can choose the vista 32 bit software. Its nice software and the mouse should run fine.
