Question about Arrow T50P ARROW STAPLE GUN

Arrow Fastener Co./Electric Staple Gun - ETF50BN

I bought this item from Hechinger last April and have only used it half a dozen times. Last weekend when I was stretching a canvas, it suddenly stopped stapling. It clicks when the trigger is pulled but there is none of that explosive sound that accompanies a successful stapling. Can you help or can you suggest a repair shop in Greensboro, NC???

Thanks for considering this.

I have the same issue. The brads still work, but the staples stopped working after about a dozen uses.

First make sure no staple is jammed between the hammer and the anvil or plunger and you might also try to spay with pb blaster or wd 40 and pull yhe trigger several times very rapidly and see if this will free plunger , does work to free sometimes

How do I load staples into my JT21 staple gun?

At the end of the stapler opposite where the staplers are driven out is a release.

Push it in and turn it and it should come out with a long spring

Load your staples, put the spring back and lock it.

My jt21m stappler gun is not dispencing staples, i have loaded it the only way i can see how to, helppppp

Make sure you are using the correct staples for your staple gun. Same brand, proper size.

Next look carefully where the staple should come out as often there will be part of a staple caught up in that area which will have to be pulled out with a pair of pliers.

The door at the back of the staple gun won't close

You have too many staples in the gun. Chances are it was not shooting staples so you put more in. (Only holds 1 strip as if new from box) Check for a jam. Sometimes this keeps more staples from advancing. Please rate

Safety

Never let a youngster play with the staple guns. Even the manual ones eject staples with a great deal of force. If something is strong enough o enter solid wood, it is too dangerous for kids. Keep these locked up or in some safe place away from the kids. Keep the safety latch on at all times when you aren’t using it. This will prevent accidents but remember not all staple guns have this feature so you may want to look into finding one that does if you have children around. Of course, you don’t point the gun at anyone else and you keep your fingers out of the way of the staples. With a little common sense, stapling can be a fast, safe and simple way to do all kinds of repairs and projects around the house.
