Check for a sticky power switch or reset switch to see what happens, but also check all of your internal connections because this could cause a similar reaction. I am not sure if your system has dual processors and a four pin connector, but check that first. It is located near the processor and would have green and black wires extending from it. Good Luck.

I need sound

Hello,

Are there are any changes that you did in your computer?

Do you have a speaker in your computer? Make sure that it's turned on and it's plugged in to the computer. Check the volume control if it's all the way up and if it's not disabled.

If the hardware parts seem in the right place. Then install the driver for your sound. A driver is a small software that you need to install so that your computer communicates with the different parts fine. You can find the driver in the website of your computer's manufacturer. Enter the model and the operating system that you are running in the computer. Make sure that all drivers are also updated. You can use RadarSync if you don't want to do everything manually.

KEYBOARD NOT WORKING

Hello,

Try using another port for your keyboard. If no go, try another keyboard.

If no go, then Go to the device manager and uinstall the USB port drivers and scan for hardware changes. It will automatically install the generic drivers for your keyboard and it should work.

You can also install RadarSync to put the updating of the drivers automatic. Usually, these kind of problems are caused by outdated drivers in your computer.

I hope this helps!

New keyboard needs to entered into computer

Hello,

No for sure not.

Standard keyboards don't need drivers or things like that, they are auto recognized by system. Sometimes some fucntions like smart touches or additional keys may not works but keyboard itself must.

Are you sure you put it into correct PS2 port (the purple one, NOT the green one)?

Leave rate if I helped you, thanks!!

Cheers,
Mike

Boot up the computer while pressing F8. A page with different menus appear. Select safe mode. Computer may respond slowly but have patience. When the names Administrator, Guest and usernames appears select administrator. For password press enter key. Once the window screen appears in safe mode go to --Start---Programmes--accessories--system tools----system restore.

Here u may be able to restore to a date where computer was working fine.
