You need a manual? Is that your question? Google for it, using your "make, model and manual" and you should be able to find a .pdf file you can save to your computer.

My panaboard UB5815 error j but there is no paper jammed in the unit

Hi John, there may be the smallest piece right down in the throat area. Occasionall there can be some also completely rolled up in the paper shoot behind the rolls of film. I always remove the paper and turn it around prior to printing. At the end of each printing session, the next piece is drawn in and partially curled for 4cm. This will cause it to roll up inside at the next printing attempy- 9 times out of 10- Ross
Clear the error by turning off for 30 seconds.

Recommend others do not purchase the Panaboard. Finding a repair person is like pulling teeth. When you finally find someone to repair it, the cost is almost as much as purchasing a new one.

My canon mp500 is displaying error code 6400. the alarm, and copy light are flashing. the usb cables are connected.the manual has no error code 6400 listed. please help me

That error indicates a problem with the sheet feed unit. Unfortunately this is not user fixable and will require you send the printer to Canon's Authorized Repair Center (for your local area, you will find it easiest to locate this via Canon's website).
