Question about HP Multimedia Cordless Keyboard/Mouse P5304A#ABA
I've down loaded the driver twice now and the keyboard still won't work.
I need a manual to troubleshoot with, and learn what some of these extra keys are for.
I'm downloading the specified driver I found here online for this model of keyboard. New batteries, so that isn't the problem.
I am running Windows 7 and downloaded the driver "ITPx64_1033_7.10.344.0" for my keyboard/mouse. Make sure when you are searching for the driver you specify the comfort keyboard. I downloaded it from http://download.microsoft.com/download/1/A/C/1AC9001D-63C4-4333-9F98-F7C4055BB333/ITPx64_1033_7.10.344.0.exe
My wireless transmitter is also only connected with the USB connector, the PS2 connector is redundant.

Their are sync buttons that you have to push to get it to activate i believe.

a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
