Petrol leaking from where hose joins tank

First, make sure the fuel line itself isn't cracked/torn from age.

Then check if the leak is actually where the hose meets the petcock (fuel shutoff), as if the hose clamp is loose.

Finally, if it's coming from where the petcock meets the tank, it's sealing washer (o-ring, gasket, etc) needs replacing.

I have a leak where The air switch is. The leak is where the tube meets with the box. Would that be a seal?

The Air Tubing presses onto the little nipple on the underside of the air button. There is no seal on this set up. Once the air hose is attached to the nipple there should no air leakage when the air button is pressed.
Before you install the air hose you might cut off half inch on the end to make sure the end has not splits and you get a good piece of hose so it will seal properly.

Cars over heating leeking coolent for the bottom and not sucking in form the resivor and not leaking form hoses

Change the thermostat. Follow upper radiator hose to where it meets the thermostat housing on the engine. Remove the 2 or 3 bolts that hold on the housing, then replace the thermostat and seal and put housing back on. With cap still off, vehicle running and warm, then fill up the coolant system. Make sure there is not air pockets by burping the hose when adding the fluid.

Can thee hose be fixed if it has a leak.

If the leak is on the OUTBOUND side that is towards the Nozzle, it CAN be repaired but for safety I would strongly recommend a new hose. Main reason being that the pressure generated in that hose will blow MOST joints you put in there.

If it is the input side then just get a hose joiner and install it.

Ratchet/click stops do not work, but spring still reels in,no rust or dents in any part

catch pawl in the reel is shot. I used to work in places where this happened. The only solution is tie the hose off on to a stationary object.
The only other solution is replace the reel..
