Question about Toaster Ovens
One of the 3 heating elements are out. Where can I get it repaired?
You cant , the elements are welded to metal straps that connect them , not made to repair

I just replaced the bottom heater element on the Panasonic NBG100P. It's not welded to the metal strap just screwed in. There are two metal tabs I had to bend to slide the element out one one side but they bent back with no problem. I got the part here : http://www.partstore.com/SearchResults.aspx?q=ABA83-148-0U&x=29&y=13&hiddenInputToUpdateATBuffer_CommonToolkitScripts=1 I'm don't know much about small appliances but it already wasn't working, so i figured I'd give it a shot. It does require a fair amount of disassembly, so if you're not that type of person maybe you shouldn't try it. Now it's back up and working like new. Yeah!! It also looks like the top heater element (not the infrared bulb that lights up) is the same part number.
