One of your hardware devices may have a bug or gone bad. Try pulling out pcmcia cards...usb devices..anything that may not be needed at time of windows install. Also be sure your windows disc does not have any heavy scratches.

cheers!

Have you recently installed a new device or software? If so, system restore might fix you up. This site will show you how to determine what specific module caused the problem. It is somewhat complex but just follow the instructions.

Computer shows printer installed but will not send image to printer to be printed

try to uninstall and reinstall the printer softwate and drivers, using the control panel to remove("Add and Remove Programs" in Win XP), and reinstall using the Disk or downloaded file from Manufacturers website which you can get the most Updated software and Drivers from the Mfgr. Website (Usually software\Drivers, or Support\Downloads) enter model and OS (ex Win XP or Win Vista, or Windows 2008),
I Hope this helps, please give a good rating if it does, Gomez

HELP: Activesync XP Reboot Problems!

Now don't laugh :-) on win 98 windows - I'm told - had a certain limited ability to fix itself. I don't know if xp does or not. Anyway on 98 if you ran into a problem you could let it reboot three or four times without doing anything but booting and shutting down - it at times would correct itself. This was normally on boot problems, but it might do some good - don't know of anything else to suggest. In your case I'd try this then try running active sync two or three times without doing anything else. Anyway that would keep you busy till a good tip comes along :-)
