Try using some alcohol solution and rub it off with a cotton ball or swap in a circular motion getting all the scuffs off. if you have a head light cleaning kit that comes with a small buffing solution, 2000/ preferably 3000 grit sand paper and lightly and softly sand in the scuffs while swabbing the exist debre with alcohol and later buff it with some scratch solution you should be able to get the game to play again. its been done before i have tried it with pc games and worked fine.

Your disc was most likely laserburned. The xbox will do this if you run a disc for a long stretch, this problem may occur... To continue playing the game, you will need to obtain a good disc and install the game to your hardrive. You will then be able to play the game on your laserburned disc.
Check to see if there are any scratches or laser burn marks on the discs. Scratches or marks on discs will render game discs unplayable or will freeze the game and will often show a message stating “Disc Read Error” or something to that effect. Best remedy for starters, is to clean the discs and make sure there are no scratches or marks left on the play-side of the discs. A common problem that Xbox owners are reporting is if the console is moved during play, a whirring noise is heard and then when the disc is removed, very visible laser burn rings are found on the disc. Laser burn, looks like complete or partial circular scratches around your disc, also known as “the ring of death”. This occurs to discs when the games console has been moved whilst playing, from an upright to a horizontal position or vice versa or simply knocked against or the wires may have been just tripped upon. Discs are then impaired by a ring of laser burn, which is a circular scratch into the disc. Some home remedies may help with very light scratches on some discs but professional disc repair services is normally required to restore disc laser burn damage back to "As Good As New Condition".

Check the “More Info” & “FAQ” Sections for further details on disc repairs and related matters. If this laser burn scenario is consistently happening to your game discs especially if the console has not been moved or bumped against while the discs is in play, the games console itself may require repair. You should contact Microsoft for assessment and guidelines. Hope this Helps!!

If your xbox is making that ring around your disc chances are you are playing your xbox standing up, if you lay the xbox down on its side this may fix the problem atleast it did for me. And as for the the midnight club freezing all the time it is still doing this on my xbox, copy the game to hard drive, and it should deffinitly limit the game from freezing, it worked for me.
I hate to break it to you, but you may have gotten the Red Ring Of Death. It happens when playing a game and it is transmitted through online play through Xbox Live. 3 red lights will appear around the power button when your console has become infected. The Red Ring of Death may have infected your console causing it to shut down. Most Xbox 360 consoles won't turn back on but some do turn back on but they just won't play games, they will freeze up and have the dotted lines and make the buzzing noise. I'm sorry, but I think you may need a new console. You're in luck if it's still under warranty. Hope this helps!!!!
All xbox 360 are given a warranty for the 3 rings of death. If you call microsoft and tell them that your xbox 360 continues to get the rings of death, they will mail you a box, take your console, repair it, install the latest hardware, test it, and mail it back to you for free.
no. mine did same thing actually and after that everytime i put that disk in it wuld say put in a 360 console followed by a bunch of chinese. but the good news is its just the game. so buy a new 1 or trade that in.
