I have recently purchased a fujitsu siemens esprimo 160gb laptop, i am connected to orange mobile broadband, first two days of using it were ok, but have since had a message stating ip network failure, as i am new to computers i do not know how to rectify the problem. it is letting me connect to orange but no web pages are coming up. could you please help me with this.
Try rebooting the network. unplug the modem wait 15 seconds. this refreshes your ip address. Another thing you can try is open your start menu go to run option and then type in cmd, this will bring up a black box then type in ipconfig. this will bring up your ip address and your host information if the numbers are 126.96.36.199 then contact your service provider.
