If power button is on (not blinks) and two red lights are blinking alternatively it means the inkpads are end of life. Ask epson service centre to reset it and replace the ink pad. You can go for wic reset with fees.
If power button is blinking with two red lights, it means your printer cannot initialize. Its a fatal error. Ask epson service engineer to service it.

With power on unplugg from the wall turn power switch of wait 15 seconds click you heels three times blow your nose and turn back on. If you have a real problem error will reaper. Today's copiers printers are so good with the A.I. it won't let you keep going if their is a real problem. Is the printer net worked stand alone or run by a PC? Call a dealer ask for the service dept. ask the they will usually tell what it means over the phone. Can't hurt to ask good luck. Bret
It's an input power loss detected code. It's recommended that you verify your power supply, that you aren't having voltage drops or such at the location.
Repeated 303.777 can be caused by the firmware if power is not an issue.
Call for service if your power is confirmed stable.
1.u can uninstall the cartridges
2.take the power cable out from the back of the printer
3.press and hold "#" & "6" key while the power cable is out
4.while pressing both the keys plug the power cable in and try to connect the printer directly to wall outlet
5.release both the keys, u will see ur printer will turn on automatically, if it does not press the power botton and turn it on , then it ask for the language press 11
6.ur printer will start making noise so do not worry abt that and it will ask for the cartridges,
7.install the cartridges
8.when u get ur normal screen of the printer then check the performance
-switch off the printer, then remove all cables connecting to the printer but just the power cable. -then press and hold the *(start/symoble) and 5 button togather and turn on the printer. -continue holding the button till you see "perment storage init" displayed and releas the button. -then at a given point of time the printer will ask you to change laguage,time,date etc. if this does not sort the issue service is required.
You need to turn dept id off but to do this you'll need to clear the system password. You need the service mdode to do this. Press the head key once (the key with a head and star inside) then the 2+8 keys at the same time, then the head key again. This will get you into service mode. Now select 'COPIER' then 'FUNCTION' then 'CLEAR' now look for the option the reads 'PSW-CLR' select it and press OK. Now turn off the machine by the control panel and then the power switch. Now turn the machine back on and you should be ok.
Turn off the power by using the power switch, wait at least 30 seconds, and then turn on the power and wait for the printer to initialize. If a surge protector is being used, remove it.
