You will either have to take off the back cover and remove the memory battery. One of those round lithium batteries and reinstall it or go to xerox.com, download the newest level of firmware and load it to the machine.
You may also want to try turning the machine off. unplugging the hard drive and see if it works like that.If it works without the hard drive replace it. If all those steps do not work replace the main board.

Call a repairman - the processor of the printer can't finish the boot check because there's a fault in the motherboard and this is something that you can't fix.
