All xbox 360 consoles on the day of purchase automatically come with a three year warranty.All u need to do is ring xbox if its playing up and they will pick it up fix it and bring it back in about three weeks.I cant remember the number but if u go into one of your local game shops they will have a leaflet with this number.Hope this helps you.Joe Stevenson
