Question about Memorex MVDP1078 Player
Help! i borrowed a friend's dvd player and somehow the screen cracked, possibly from the cold? do i need to replace the whole dvd player, or can i send it in to memorex to have the screen replaced?
It is unfortunate that the screen cracked and that your particular model can be found on the internet for nearly what it would cost you to get it serviced if you could get it serviced in a timely manner. For instance there is a Memorex MVDP1078 Player for $114.00 at Overstock.com. A tv repair shop would charge you almost that amount if they can even get the part. If you send it in to memorex you will also be disappointed at how long and how much their out of warranty work costs. Since it is your friend, I would suggest you replace it and tell them what happened. As long as everyone is happy the question of getting a brand new one or getting it fixed should not be a problem. Good luck and God bless.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
