Question about Dell Inspiron 600M Notebook
I have a Dell Inspiron 600m that is a few years old. I bought it used and it has worked great. About 3 weeks ago my screen went completely black so I took it to a local repair guy and he replaced the inverter which made things right.
The problem I have now is that when my laptop is running on or starting up on battery power, I have a red tint to the entire screen. If I plug the power cord into the laptop the red goes away.
What could be causing this?
And thanks to all you who provide answers and your time in helping others.
you are probably not getting enough power source from the battery or the battery is getting old and not charging fully or holding its charge ,is my guess good luck..try a new battery...
