You can email Customer Service at Braun www.braun.com, give them you model number, and see if they will sell you a switch, but these unit's are made to be throwaway.
I just looked at the unit at Braun's website, and they don't show any replacement parts except for having to do with the caraffe.
I know, it's hard to let go of a perfectly good coffee maker like this, but, it's how the world has become.

- I did find a Braun repair shop in South Carolina, if you want to burn the gas to go down there. But by the time you do all that, gas, repair, time, then you could have bought a coffeemaker 4 times better.
And your right, filling the landfills is not a good idea, and I am not a tree hugger. Litigation is what causes this to be as much a problem as everything else does.
