SONY Monitor - not powering on

Hi - I have a SONY SDM-HS73 which will not power-on (no green led).

It has been repaired once for the same problem under warranty but now is outside the warranty.

I've checked the switch, seems okay - so assume it must be the power-supply/capacitors. I believe this is a common problem with this model.

Would like to effect a repair myself as am retired and on a budget! Am technical and can solder. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
