Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

Wronning the system can not Identified the Bettery so I downloaded the upadate of the bois but when I clicked the responding is you don not have a bettery, so what shall I do to install the bois update...

please remove the external power supply and then switch on the laptop;if it starts that means the battery is working
you can check the battery status by clicking on the battery icon
for bios update it is recommended to have battery to be charged more than 90% and to have the external power connected.
do not switch off while performing bios update as a wrong update can damage your system.
hope this helps!
all the best!

Where can i get bios "bin" file for my laptop, dell inspiron 15r 5520

Normally, .bin files of BIOS are not published for public on websites. Contact a chiplevel technician. BIOS.BIN files are the asset of a technician. So you may need to pay.

I put a c610 bios update in my dell c510 latitude laptop

Go back to the Dell website and enter your computer model number and then go to the support tab and then find the bois file list and see if there is any earlier bios files that you could reflash the bios with an older bios version. Or, if you saved your old bios to a file before you updated to the newer bios you could reflash the bios using that one. You did save your old bios didn't you? Does your computer boot to the OS ok or not. I really don't have enough information from you to really help any further. Sorry, Dennis

Manually flashing a Dell XPS 1330..

Ok when you use the BIOS software to re-flash the BIOS THAT file will already be BINARY code. You make a bootable disc, on this disc you have the BIOS Reader/Flasher, and the Binary file to be Flashed. Now you boot up on the disc. When at the prompt, you type in the name of the Flasher, and the binary file name & press enter, if all OK the software wil address the BIOS and re-flash it with the new data. when finished you will reboot and now, hopefully you are back. The BIOS file will be available from DELL's web site usually where the Driver downloads are ... or you could go here I found it for you. http://support.dell.com/support/downloads/download.aspx?c=us&cs=19&l=en&s=dhs&releaseid=R178150&SystemID=XPS_M1330&servicetag=&os=WLH&osl=en&deviceid=14178&devlib=0&typecnt=0&vercnt=4&catid=-1&impid=-1&formatcnt=1&libid=1&fileid=242504
Also on that page there is exact installation instructions too. GL

If you saved the old bios info on a floppy before you flashed your bios with the new bios info, you can reflash and restore your bios back to the original. However if you didn't save the info which is usually saved as a .bin file you still have a chance to re flash back to original settings. Use a friends computer with a floppy drive and download your original bios program from the toshiba web site or any other site which has bios flash programs/utility file to the floppy and reflash. If you laptop doesn't have a built in floppy you can use aexternal one that connects to the rs232 parallel printer connector. Thats if your laptop has one of these now becoming an obsolete port on most if not all laptops. As this port is being replaced by the USB port.
