1. Right side not printing. Rotate round green knob (possible black center) found on right side of printhead assembly clockwise (or if necessary, through entire range) printing at each stop to check, until printing is satisfactory. If not fixed, next step is to do "Burnline Adjustment" as described in Operator's Manual. 2. Left side not printing. Make sure that large green plastic printhead latch on right is pushed firmly toward back of printer while printhead is pressed down, to make positive lockdown of printhead. Try rotating round green knob described in (1) above through entire range, printing at each stop to check. If not fixed, next step is to do "Burnline Adjustment" as described in Operator's Manual.
Welcome to FixYa. The Zerba Driver might have been corrupted. Uninstall the Zebra Driver/Software from the Control Panel.Re-install the Zebra driver using the Disc that came along with the printer. Thank you for using FixYa.Have a great day.
Some CD label software allow you to adjust the "overprint" by resizing the image you are printing. If your software doesn't allow you to size your image larger than the label (so it overlaps) try a different program. Look for a setting that allows it to over print. It's not an exact science...you just have to try to make the adjustments you need. There are also different CD/DVD label sheet types where the labels are setup on the sheet differently. maybe a different setup may work better. However, usually Avery is pretty good.
Check the drivers you are using, try downloading drivers from Nice Label or Segull Scientific. Setup the page size to fit all the text, use a ruler to measure the lables.

If you are using windows go to Start, Printers and Faxes. Right click on your printer and select Printer Preferences. Under the Advanced tab there should be an area where you can change the dimensions. You'll want to change the Width and Height to match the dimensions of the label that you are using. These are usually in inches or inches/100. Ex: 1 inch = 100 in/100.
First click "Print" in there you will see "Adjust print position", adjust to 0.1mm up and 0.1mm left this should center. Depending on the label you're using you will have to keep adjusting until you get the right result.
Verify your LCD Display Print Width setting is set wider than your actual label width. The printer will only print to the width of the PRINT WIDTH setting. Also verify any driver or software settings as these override your printer settings.
