Question about Motorola Mobility V365 Cellular Phone
I have a Motorola V365. I bought the Motorola Phone Tools 4 program. I installed it properly. Im using Windows XP Service Pack2 Home Edition. When it tells me to attach my phone via USB, I do that and gets half way through the process of detecting my phone then it locks up and displays an error message about "Generic Host Process for Win32 Services".
Try connecting the phone via USB with the power off & once connected, power on phone. Thanks.

Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
