Question about Televison & Video
First turn off your dvd player and then open it, to open it you should unlock the screws by using screw driver, after you open it, you can see a lens on it, clean it with a soft cotton or a clean cloth. then turn on your dvd and insert a disk, see if it plays a disk, If not, you must adjust the trimmer at the lower portion of the lens, it is connected to a small circuit that is connected also to the lens, you should turn it clockwise but just a little bit.turn on your dvd and cover the lens with both fingers, be sure not to touch the lens, if you cover it, be sure also that you can see the lens, and look closely if it emits a thin red light, which is the color of the laser, if it emits, then your dvd is now ok. turn off your dvd, put the cover case back to its proper place
Good luck, have a nice day ahead
