hi thanks for using fixya!

I suggest that you should bring your laptop from your retailer in which you bought the laptop. I'm sure that it is still under warranty.

SOURCE: asus n50vn combo fn+f2 stopped working

Hello!  I just posted I had a problem but now I've solved it. User LOSNAD posted the simple solution here.

http://vip.asus.com/forum/view.aspx?id=20090123071339174&board_id=3&model=N50Vn&page=1&SLanguage=en-us

I think we accidentally turned off the wireless switch. The switch is in front of the mousepad, to the left of the mic and headphone jack. OK!

SOURCE: My Laptop specifications are, ASUS

Seems like your Bluetooth and Wifi settings are disabled from BIOS.
On laptops usually there is a setting in BIOS where you can disable/Enable Wifi+Bluetooth. Shutdown computer Turn on computer and press "F2" to go to BIOS settings Find settings for Wifi+Bluetooth and set it to default.
Save settings and restart computer You will be able to see your Bluetooth and Wifi.
Hope this works

I have a Samsung cell Ph. Model # SCH-U10T. What is needed to download pictures from the ph to the computer?

depending on the phone it may not be possible. here are some ways you might be able to get your photos though.

1. see if your phone has a mini usb port so you could connect it to your computer
2. if your phone has a memory card (such as micro SD, etc.) then make sure the photo is on there and transfer it to your computer via the card
3. use bluetooth between your phone and comuter (bluetooth dongle needed) to transfer photos
4. upload your photo to a social network via your phone, and use your computer to retrieve it form there
