Copy photos from cell phone to computer Connect the supplied USB cable from your cell phone to the USB port on your computer. The computer will see the cell phone as an external storage device or an external mass storage device, you can then open the photo folder on your cell phone and copy the photos to your computer. If the photos are stored on a mini or micro SD memory card then - An alternate method is to remove the mini or micro SD memory card from the cell phone and insert it into an USB card reader then connect it to the USB port on your computer. You can then open the photo folder on the micro or micro SD memory card and copy the photo to your computer.

You can download it free from motorola website but you can transfer images the way I do from my motorola phone. In the setup menu of phone, change the USB mode to mass storage mode and connect the phone using USB cable. Now your computer will recognize your phone as a mass storage device (like pendrive) and you can find all your images in it.
If you are recieving the message about having to format your memory card when u connect ur xenon to the computer when trying to get pics/vids/music on or off the phone, do this and it should work. 1. go to settings 2. touch "More" 3. touch "connection" 4. touch "USB connection mode" 5. touch "Mass Storage"

How can I transfer files between my PC and my phone?To tranfer files between your PC and your phone:
Your phone can upload and download files when connected to a PC running Windows 2000 and higher.Mac is not supported.
Open the flip and turn the phone on.
From the home screen, attach one end of the Motorola Original Enhanced USB cable to your phone and the other end to a USB port on your computer.
On your phone, press Yes to use the phone as a portable USB storage device.
On the PC, open the My Computer window and find where your phone displays as a MassStorage icon
Double click the MassStorageDevice icon.
Drag and drop files between your computer and phone
When finished, remove the phone safely from your computer. Right click the "Safely Remove Hardware" icon at the bottom of your computer screen, then select "USB Mass Storage Device" and click Stop.
Select USB Mass Storage Device and click OK.
Now it is safe to disconnect the cable. When the cable is disconnected, the phone restarts.
Note: When connected as a storage device the phone cannot perform regular phone activities. Disconnect to resume normal operation.
you need to go to your menu bar
go over to settings and tools
go down to memory click on phone memory
down to my pictures
click options
move
mark all
and click done
and they should all move to your memory card.
