Hi, My problem is that when I add wahing powder to the dishwasher and select my cycle the compartment opens but the powder remains there. I have used different kinds of powder and also dried the compartment before but problem still persists. Can you advise?
Sounds like a blocked spray arm or you are putting plates in front of the dispenser. regards

Similar situation. Cleaned all inlet hoses, filters and internal pipes to spray arms. Water does not get to top spray arm and neither spray arm spins hence detergent stays in the dispenser.
