In the last 5 days the 2000 toyota avalon starup at 2000 rpm in cold weather idle unstable for the first 20 to 25 minutes
Have the idle speed sensor checked as well as the air temp sensor. Possible showing up as errors in the code

Sounds like you idle air control valve is going bad. They start acting up on a hot engine due to sticking or high resistance through its internal windings. It will get to the point where the engine will stall every time you take your foot off the gas.
I suggest getting it replaced and the throttle body cleaned at the same time since it will need to be removed to replace the IAC.

replace the coolant temp sensor,it`s values are off,it is defective.Also if this does not work,witch I think It will,change the throttle position sensor.

Yeah it sounds kinda high. There is no adj except for the idle screw on the throttle, the computer does the rest, if it has one. If not, then you can adjust it some how. If carbureted, check for 2 little screws in the front, and check the choke, If throttle body, then just the idle screw, the idle should be around 1000. Hope this helps.
