Question about Lenovo Computers & Internet
About an hour of more I have to cut power in reboot in safe mode then restart to get back up but I would like to fix it I vac the air intake and fan is working and clear I know it something easy to fix just thougth someoone had found and fixed on theirs
I would suggest you have 1, Malware, 2, to many processes running. Download freeware MALWAREBYTES at: http://www.filehippo.com/download_malwarebytes_anti_malware/ In the install, UNCHECK the TRIAL PRO version, you want the freeware version. Run a FULL SCAN, DELETE ALL RESULTS, Reboot. ALSO, Download CCLEANER freeware at: http://www.filehippo.com/download_ccleaner/ This freeware program will clean the junk from your machine. In the TOOLS section, STARTUP section, disable ALL unnessary startup programs, this will speedup your laptop. In the UNINSTALL section uninstall ALL toolbars, they are killers on broswer speed. Open the Control Panel. Internet Options, click on the Programs tab, click on Manage add ons, Toolbars and Extentions, Disable/remove ALL toolbars and unnessary extentions, in Search Providers, Remove ALL but google and check the two boxes in the bottom left corner. take a look at these tips: http://www.pcmag.com/article2/0,2817,2364937,00.asp

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

I'm not sure how the retail law works in your country but you have to take the computer back to Office Depot and demand your money back, don't bother trying to fix the computer.
If you have bought the computer within the last 7 days then I'm sure you are entitled to a full refund.
If you have bought the computer as refurbished then it may be more difficult to get a refund, you will have to check store policy first before approaching them.
Threaten them with the law if you have to. They say that Lenovo won't take it back? usually when you purchase a brand new laptop computer you are covered by at least 1 year's manufacturers warranty.
How come there is none on the laptop you have got.
I'm sure if you push hard enough you will get a refund, if you do, go elsewhere for a another laptop.

SOURCE: when trying to boot up
So in that case you need to reinstall the Windows so that it will fix the problem. Some instances of that problem corrupted Operating System it needs a new copy.
