Question about Televison & Video
You can get a replacement remote (substitute) from Remotes.com: http://remotes.com/store/hisense/tc24fs2h.html . This only controls the TV functions. A better substitute remote is available from Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B009H5N0BU/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&tag=mywayshop-20&linkCode=as2&camp=1789&creative=390957&creativeASIN=B009H5N0BU .
Some universal remotes may also work. You will need one that was programmed 6 months or more after the TV was released. Also make sure that you get a remote that can match the Menu and Input functions. Some cheap universal remotes only match the basic functions of the original remote. Some features of the TV can be controlled by pressing buttons on the TV but not all.
I hope this helps.
