The light comes on but the screen dont come on

probably back light is out. Look closely at screen and see if you can see a faint image on screen (hard to see if no light behind to shine though, so look close).

try this okay take out battery for five mins then replug the power cord in sometimes the sensor dont recgonize but if that dont work its the battery charger end that coulbe be messed up

the screen is the problem if you go in thru the trunk you can unplug the screen so it stops this

Most likely, there is a capacitor swollen on the lamp starting ballast. If this is the case you will need to replace both the ballast and the power supply.

Try attaching the laptop to see if it works on an external monitor.
if it doesn't its the graphic chip on the motherboard.(make sure you dont have to press F# to switch to monitor)
if it does look at the following
if it works then shine a torch or bright light into the screen Can you see anything? If you can its probably either the back light or inverter that's gone.
Still nothing try looking at the cables between the screen and the base. Are they worn?
These steps will generally confirm the error.

That is the LCD screen and the backlight has evidently burned out. See if you can find a broken Eclipse of the same model on Ebay and replace your LCD screen.

when you put on the psp, bend your psp a little and keep it bent till the screen comes on.

lights come on and then it turns off again want to know if there is any way to save photos to new phone i dont care about phone but photos of my daughter on it and would love to be able to get them back please help many thanks
