This generally indicates a fault with the unit. Have you tried cleaning the air filters inside the indoor unit. This may help. Otherwise call Kelvinator or LG as they have similar unit and ask for their help and if it can't be rectified call for service.

Hello my name is Heath it wil be my pleasure to assist you. The PF usually means there was a power failure and the only thing you can do is turn the power off to the unit unplugg the unit and let it sit for 15-20 minutes and then repower the unit and see if the pf goes away.
