Check the flag in the output assembly that is triggered as each page is ejected. If this flag is broken, then the system will think that the output is full and stop operation. Have you done a complete sensor test through the diagnostics menu yet? You have replaced a lot of parts without stating you tried that first. I have never had a bad formatter trip this error and the sensor are connected to the DC controller not the formatter. It may be a problem with the stacker. Do you have the original standard output tray that you could install to test? The output sensor is position "L" in the sensor test list.

Probably just a bad sensor or dirty sensor causing the issue.

No, what is happening on top of the printer (output tray). There is a little black tab that pokes down, when that is out of position or the output tray is full. To fix this first remove all the paper on the top and move that black tab, so it points straight down. This should fix this error.

i don't know if duplo is same as the gestetner type of digital duplicator. try to look if the exit sensor is clean or in good condition and if the paper coming out in a normally manner what i meant is if it is flowing normally.
