Question about Keurig B70 Coffee Maker

1 Answer

Why does ground flow from the top of brewer instead of coming through the dispenser?

Instead of coffee dispenseng through the proper outlet; coffee ground and water flow from the top overflowing into the coffee cup below. sometimes quite heavily. The cap on the dispenser cup is securely on. the water is going into the dispenser and bubbling back up through the hole in the top of the dispenser allowing coffee grounds to escape and overflow int your cup.

SOURCE: water overflows

It sounds like your exit needle is clogged. Take a paperclip, unfold it, and run it through the exit needle to get out the grounds that are clogging it.

My Saeco Royal Professional says coffee beans empty although it is full

hi,
there is a small measuring device between the grinder and the brewer, that measures grind coffee flowing into the brewer. the brewer is the removable part on the right side of the machine.
it looks like that the measuring device is clocked or in worse case broken!.
my suggestion:
1.open the door on the right side
2. remove carefully the brewer/brew unit
3. clean it under warm running water
4. clean out the surrounding area, coffee pan etc.
5. check the measuring device for clocked coffee. it is square, has a small flap and easy to access with the door open. take a soft brush and clean the area, there might be a lot of ground coffee!
6. carefully re-insert the brewer acc. to manual, do not force in place.
7. close the door and use the unit.
you might also remove all beans and clean the burrs, the ground coffee outlet and check that it is free and not clocked as well. otherwise no ground-coffee will reach the measuring device!
good luck!

New Bunn NHBX takes about an hour to make 10 cups of coffee. Water is dispensed drop by drop instead of a stream. 4 dispensing holes are clean

It sounds like you might have a problem with the water tubing. If you will call Customer Service at 800-352-2866 we will be happy to assist you with this issue.
