Question about Kenmore 23313 Whispertone Bagged Canister Vacuum
Vacuum works with all attachments except the main one the power nozzel base. We have cleaned the brush and removed all debris but when attached back to hose vacuum still works but no suction is coming from the nozzle base. Does the belt need be replaced?

I had the same problem with my vacuum. I called in for technical service and was told to push the "reset button". It turns out that there is a small red button right next to the dirt indicator light. I pushed the button, plugged the vacuum back in and started it up and it worked like a charm! :) Hope this helps!

perhaps there is something stuck in the vacuum. Look where the hose fits in. There is obvioulsy no blockage in the hose because you have suction. Do the power brushes spin on the vacuum?? Take the bag off, and inspect the area the bag fits in for blockage.
