Have broken blower wheel in a Fujitsu ASU36CLX1 Wall Mounted unit. How do I disassemble the unit far enough to replace the blower wheel?

That's no easy chore to achieve! My friend from another HVAC company changed 1, said he'd never do it again. He had to pull the unit from the wall. But if you try it, most of these units are snapped together by plastic tabs. I've tried to pull 1 to clean the blower wheel. I have 15yrs exp. in the field, 2 yr associates degree, been pulling wrenches since I was a kid, and I will not change that style of blower wheel. I usually ask the customer to change the unit. I know this won't help your situation but it's my opinion from experience.

How to remove the evaporator fan from a Fujitsu 12C1

Unscrew pront panel and remove it. Unscrew PCB seating screws and remove it. Unplug motor jack, other jacks. Now unscrew motor seating screws, remove motor with blower. Keeping outside you can unscrew the blower wheel from the motor. Thanks.

Need to remove a keyboard from a Fujitsu model N6110 laptop to clean it from spilled wine. Which screws on back need to be unscrewed to allow this? And are there any catches on the front to remove?

Fujitsu makes several series of laptops, with multiple models in each series. Some Fujitsu keyboards are attached with only a few tabs and can be removed with little hassle, but other laptops require more steps to remove the keyboards.
Difficulty:Moderate Instructions Things You'll Need

  • Flat, hard piece of plastic
  • 1Prepare a clean and organized workspace.
  • 2Turn the laptop off. Turn the laptop over and slide the battery switch to pop out the battery.
  • 3Turn the laptop back over and remove the keyboard bezel, the thin piece of plastic directly above the keyboard, by prying it up with a small flat object, such as a hard piece of thin plastic.
  • 4Lift up the keyboard and flip it over to rest on the mouse/palm rest.
  • 5Disconnect the motherboard connection by carefully pulling down on the two tabs on either side of the connector. After the connection is unlocked, gently pull the cable to disconnect it.
  • 6Remove the keyboard.
Tips & Warnings
  • Discharge any static electricity by touching a metallic surface before working with your computer, to avoid damaging sensitive circuits.

Fujitsu mini split clicking noise from air handler sounds like plastic gears grinding. Doesn't do it all the time

something is evidently in the blower assembly or squirrel cage. If you can get to it, turn the unit off and inspect the blower assembly. you will probably find something easy to remove.

How can I remove mold in the cylindrical rotating blower in my ductless Fujitsu AOU18RD

Mix up a solution of clorox and water, like 1 part clorox to 10 parts water...then place it in a spray bottle and spray down the blower woth the solution...then you will need to carefully take a paper towel or rag and wrap it around something like popsicle stiack and carefully wipe the mold out of is tedious and time consuming, but it will work and can be done...

Are there any instructions available on how to replace a keyboard on a fujitsu siemens amilo pi2540 laptop

Looking at the spare keyboards on eBay, the Pi2540 shouldn't be too different from other Fujitsu models. So check whether this applies:

Drain line obstructed Fujitsu split unit aircon model ASA12ASHTW

The best way to clear the drain line is by using a shop vac and sucking out the blockage and the water. This will make sure all the goop in there comes out. Let me know if you need anything else.
