Question about Weslo Exercise & Fitness
We can be going along just fine and it will stop. I changed the reset switch but it didn't help . The motor doesn't seem to heat-up. The belts are not slipping. The motor just stops. We can turn it back on by hitting the off and on pads and it will run for awhile longer then stop. Is there a fix for this?
See the video lube the deck belt+ rollers beaaring.
If after you lube and problem remain, time to replace the deck belt board.
God bless you

Hi, I don't have a manual on your particular treadmill but most all treadmills use the same type of belt tension and tracking, which is an allen screw adjustment on the rear tension bar. One on either side. You should have been provided an allen wrench with your treadmill, if not then use one of your own the proper size. Make the adjustment with the unit running at its slowest speed. Clockwise tightens the tension and will draw the belt. Good Luck, this should Fixya!

Remove the cover, you will see the motor and an adjusting pivot bracket. Loosen the nut/screw on this bracket, use a HD screwdriver or pry bar and move to take the slack out of the belt. The resistance/tension in belt should be 3/4"-1"

please look under the bottom of the treadmill and be sure that your alignment brackets are not benmt/missing. (put the machine in the storage position and look about 2/3 way down the side of the belt) you should see a metal bracket on each side pressing in on the belt. They should be pressing in about 1 1/2 -2 inches to help track the belt.

go to iconservice.com they have free manuals and also you may purchase replacement parts there as well. Be sure to get your model number before going to the site to make it easier (lower frame of the machine)
Good luck, Tim
