hi, it looks like that board has a PCIE slot so you can get a card that is pcie and not vga- cards are made with different connectors but they are all the same graphics chips on them
on my xbox 360 i sent it in to the company to get fixed three times all three times it came back in the same condition i used another power supply block the grey block---powersupply is possibly bad try using another one first there are video's on utube on how to fix it if that doesn't work
obvious your power supply internal supply blown a fuse or in shut down mode due to short. I guess since you have a light the 5v supply is working but power supply makes many voltages to work your set properly probable at least 5 diffent voltages. one or more maybe shorted ...shutting down the power supply's higher voltages.
it gonna take a tech to fix it.
