Up button doesn't work any ideas on how to fix it.

It must be the switch that is behind the lever on the hatch itself, or linkage to the switch. Other ideas and fixes in the link

try pressing & holding the on/off or menu/settings button for around 10 -15 secs....

it is not supposed to auto close for safety reasons. it is only auto down.

repair your play button i think you have problem in your button

Turn ignition on, hold the red valet switch down for 2 seconds. Then turn ignition off. Your system is in VALET mode.
The remote start and alarm system will not work when in valet.

If it doesn't work the first time, try it again.

place a jumper wire , between the 2 wires that attach to the start button, if this fixes the problem replace the switch , leaving it on all the time will burn it out since its a momentary switch , if that doesn't fix the problem, then check the door safety switches, and the control thermostats

So are you saying the remote doesn't work or that the unit itself doesn't work? Walk over to it and press the power button.

Zoom in on the picture of the original remote provided on the site (or look at your own) and get the actual remote model number.

or check eBay: search for "(model of the device or the remote) remotes", check the 'include description' box. Usually cheaper than the vendors.
