On the Mercedes C-240 the oil sencor light came on with the A service oil change .I had the oil changed and now the oil level light comes on. And this is on a 2005 C-240 4-matic .

Could be the person who changed it never ran the motor and then topped it off once the filter was full. Have you checked the oil level after you let the car sit overnight to make sure the oil level is on full? I would say it could be a bad oil level sensor, except that the coincidence of coinciding with an oil change is too obvious.

Rheem rte13 standby (green) light not on

You might have crossover problem caused by bad faucet cartridge.

The green standby light should come on when 240Volt power is applied. Page 6 manual.
Both red lights should come on when tankless is activated. Page 6 manual

RTE 13 requires 60 amp breaker and 6 gauge wire

Factory temperature setting is usually default 120 degrees.
Adjust temps page 11 manual
Thermostat calibration is always approximate.
120 degrees is not hot enough to burn the skin.
Exceptionally cold incoming water temperature can cause tankless not to heat enough hot water: install tempering tank to preheat water to room temperature.
Tankless cannot be exposed to more than 11 grains hardness in water. Delime tankless yearly, clean water filter monthly, do not install low-flow restrictions or conserve water since the flow rate must remain high for tankless to activate.
Rheem does not post service manuals for their tankless water heaters.

How do I turn it on. Is the red showing or not showing

To turn the Explorer 240 Bluetooth headset on, press and hold the call control button until the indicator glows blue. You will hear ascending tones. The headset will then show intermittent flashes of blue. You should only see a red light when powering the headset off or if you are charging the headset you will see a solid red light. User guide is included in this link.

Thank you for posting your question here on

The only thing that would make sense is you have the two lines somehow on the same bus bar in the box or a supply issue either to the sub-panel or in it. When you power up the circuit are you getting 120 or 240 across the red and black wire? Double check the 240 in the sub panel if you only get 120. If you are getting 240 all the way to the heater then you are missing something within the heater or its instructions.

LP 240 stopped working. No lights, no fans, nothing.

Please describe the status of the LED indicator. No LED would indicate a failure of the power supply. I can help you with that.
Flashing red would indicate a fan/lamp problem. Some lamps fail prematurely before the lamp hours are up.
If it is the power supply, no lights at all, I can get you running again. These units have fragile power supplies that can burn out with the slightest power surge. A UPS goes a long way to save future headaches.

Electric stove lights work but nothing else

sounds like the range is not getting 240 volts. When it only gets 120 volts lights will work but no heating element will. You need a volt meter and make sure that you have 240 volts across the black and red wires. From black to white and from red to white you should have 120. If you find you have a voltage problem you need to check your fuse box. you could have a fuse out or a circuit breaker can also be bad
